About Mikail Aslan
Mikail Aslan is one of the most internationally recognized Zazaki Kurdish musicians. Born in Tunceli in 1972 and based in Germany, his work draws deeply on the Alevi religious-musical tradition while reaching contemporary world-music audiences. His albums have been performed at major European festivals and represent the Zazaki Kurdish tradition in international cultural contexts.
